Terms of service

makeapps.world is a browser-based editor for designing app store screenshots. You can use it anonymously, or create an account to save projects to the cloud.

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

You own everything you create. We claim no ownership over your projects, screenshots, or text.

You grant us only the limited right to store and transmit your content as needed to run the service — nothing more.

You are responsible for the content you upload. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

You sign in with a magic link or a supported third-party provider. Keep your email account secure — it is your sign-in method.

One account per person. Don't share accounts or try to circumvent the free-tier limits by creating multiple accounts.

The free plan includes 3 cloud projects and 10 exports per month. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

Pro is a paid subscription that removes project and export limits and unlocks AI background generation. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

We may change plan limits or pricing for new purchases. If you already have a subscription, your price stays the same until you cancel or change plan.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record — it handles billing, taxes, and card processing.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page or through Lemon Squeezy; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. We don't offer partial-month refunds.

If a payment fails, we may suspend Pro access until billing is resolved.

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no automated bulk use, no attempts to bypass limits or security measures, no uploading malware.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Keep local exports of anything important. Cloud storage is a convenience, not a backup service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
